1. Supplier identity

El sitio web es operado por SDM Cutting Tools, marca mexicana de herramientas de corte para manufactura CNC, con sede en Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico. The supplier's tax identification details (legal name and RFC) are included in every formal quotation and issued tax invoice (CFDI).

2. Purpose

Los presentes términos regulan el uso del sitio, la solicitud de cotización y, en su caso, la compraventa de herramientas de corte industrial SDM en territorio mexicano.

3. Quotations

Submitting a quotation request through the website does not constitute a purchase. Commercial terms (price, availability and lead time) are confirmed in a formal written quotation, valid for the period specified in that document.

4. Prices and availability

Where applicable, prices are stated in Mexican pesos (MXN), unless expressly indicated otherwise. Taxes are calculated under applicable legislation. Product availability is confirmed at the time of quotation or order.

5. Payment methods and invoicing

Payments are made by interbank electronic transfer (SPEI) or other methods agreed in writing in the formal quotation or relevant purchase order. Electronic invoices (CFDI 4.0) are issued under the Federal Tax Code and SAT provisions.

6. Deliveries

Delivery terms (location, timing and cost) are agreed in the formal quotation or relevant purchase order.

7. Returns and warranties

8. Complaints and claims

Any complaint, claim or request for information may be sent to ventas@sdmcuttingtools.mx or by phone at +52 33 2183 7019. Consumers may contact PROFECO under Mexico's Federal Consumer Protection Law.

9. Intellectual property

Los contenidos del sitio (marcas, logotipos, textos, imágenes técnicas) son propiedad de SDM o del Responsable, y se encuentran protegidos por la legislación aplicable. Se prohíbe su reproducción sin autorización.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Mexican law. The parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Guadalajara, Jalisco, waiving any other jurisdiction.

11. Amendments

The Controller may amend these terms at any time. The current version is always published at this URL.
